Glac grianghraf díot féin ag úsaid mata i do shaol /oibre nó baile nó go sóisialta…’Selfie’ atá i gceist. Tabharfaidh mé ticéad le haghaidh crannchur (virtual) d’aon pháiste ó Naí. Bheaga go Rang 6 má ghlacann Mam nó Daid grianghraf dóibh féin leis an haischlib seo sa phictiúr. Is féidir do ghrianghraf a sheoladh isteach chuig mariad@osrai.com. Dear Parents,
Maths Week Ireland is running from 10-18th of October.
Here are a few things that we are doing in school this week and activities you can do with your child at home to participate in Maths week.
- Play a board game/card game each night.
- Visit maths related apps or websites.
- Take part in the competition ‘Súile na mata’ Have you got math’s eyes?’- Looking at maths in our environment .. Take a photo using your ‘maths eyes’ and add a maths question or a maths caption. Email your photo to mariad@osrai.com

Take a picture of yourself using maths in your everyday life at home, work or socially. Place the hastag #Iusemaths/ #ÚsáidimMata strategically in your picture and send it to Múinteoir Maria D by email at mariad@osrai.com. Every child will get a raffle ticket ( virtual draw) for photos received. Please ensure you add your child’s name, rang agus Múinteoir. Please post them to the school Twitter and Facebook accounts too.
